Facility Policies & Rules

MEMBER & GUEST GUIDE
Help us keep the club safe, clean, and welcoming. These policies apply to members, guests, and program participants in the areas available at each location. The 24/7 gym benefit applies to Newmarket, not to court or sport-area access at either club.

24/7 gym access is for active adult members.

Courts and sport areas are not available 24/7.

No guests or members under age 18 may be inside the facility outside posted front desk staffing hours.

1. Membership, Check-In & Facility Access

24/7 gym access. Our Newmarket gym is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to active adult
members age 18 or older whose membership includes 24/7 gym access. This benefit is individual and
may not be shared.

Courts and sport areas are not 24/7. Tennis, pickleball, racquetball, and other sport areas are closed
outside front desk staffing hours. During posted operating hours, a valid reservation or program
registration is required. Gym access does not authorize use of closed courts or restricted studios.
No guests or minors outside staffed hours. Members under age 18 and guests are prohibited inside the
facility outside posted front desk staffing hours. This applies even when accompanied by an adult
member, parent, or guardian, or when a guest pass has been used.

Leave before the front desk closes. Guests and members under age 18 must finish their activity, collect
their belongings, and exit the facility before staffed hours end. Checking in earlier does not permit them
to stay after closing.

Use your own credentials. Check in every visit using your own member credentials or the front desk.
Never share barcodes or access credentials, admit another person during unstaffed hours, or prop open
exterior doors. Each eligible adult member must enter independently.

Follow the posted schedule. Check the front desk hours for the location you are visiting. The typical
staffing schedule is listed below. Holiday schedules, weather closures, maintenance notices, and other
announced restrictions take priority over regular hours. The presence of a trainer, cleaner, or other
employee does not extend front desk staffing hours.

GUESTS & SHARED SPACES
2. Guests & Member Responsibilities

Guests are welcome during staffed hours. Members may bring guests during front desk staffing hours,
subject to availability, applicable fees, and access rules for the activity. Guests may not enter or remain in
the facility outside staffed hours.

Hosting members are responsible for guest check-in. Before their guest uses the facility, the member must ensure the guest has checked in with the front desk, paid all applicable fees after any valid guest-pass credit, and signed the required waiver. For a minor guest, a parent or legal guardian must complete the required waiver.

Register each guest. Each guest must have a visitor account and be listed on the applicable court
reservation or registered for the class, program, or activity. A court reservation or invitation from a
member does not replace front desk check-in.

Guest passes do not waive the rules. A complimentary or membership-included guest pass does not
waive check-in, registration, waiver, or staffing-hour requirements. Any charges not covered by a pass
remain due before participation. Guest access is limited to the areas and activities covered by the visit or
benefit.

Help your guest follow club rules. Hosting members are responsible for making their guests aware of
these policies, helping resolve any check-in or payment issue before participation, and ensuring their
guests leave before front desk staffing hours end.

3. Club-Wide Conduct & Shared-Space Rules

Respect others. Treat members, guests, and staff courteously. Harassment, threats, abusive language,
fighting, and unsafe or disruptive behavior are not permitted. Follow staff instructions and address
concerns calmly.

designated places, and dispose of trash. Keep bags and belongings out of walkways, doorways, and
emergency exits. Follow each area's food and drink restrictions.

Respect privacy and manage noise. Do not photograph or record others without their consent.
Photography and recording are not permitted in locker rooms, changing areas, showers, or restrooms.

Use the club safely. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside. Do not exercise or play while impaired.
Do not use damaged equipment or enter a closed or unsafe area.

Minors during staffed hours. Members and guests under age 18 must follow the age and supervision
requirements for each area or program. Children may not be left unattended or allowed to play on
exercise equipment.

FITNESS AREAS
4. Fitness Class Studio

Classes come first. Register in CourtReserve before attending. Cancel promptly when you cannot attend
so another member can join. Class access and any applicable fees depend on your membership or
registration.

Ask before using the studio independently. Staff permission is required to use the studio outside
scheduled classes. Do not interrupt a class, instruction, or a reserved activity.

Arrive ready. Be on time and follow the instructor's directions. Let the instructor know about limitations
or needed modifications before class.

Dress for the activity. Wear clean athletic shoes unless the instructor directs otherwise for yoga or
another designated class. Wear appropriate workout clothing.

Use equipment properly. Follow setup instructions. Do not adjust the sound system, lighting, or
temperature controls without staff permission. Wipe down mats and equipment after use and return all
items to their storage areas.

Keep the floor clear. Store bags away from exercise areas. No food, gum, or glass is permitted; use sealed
drink bottles only.

Respect the class. Silence phones, keep conversations low, and do not use personal speakers. Do not
photograph or record others without consent. Tell the instructor or front desk about spills, damaged
equipment, injuries, or unsafe behavior promptly.

5. Gym Floor
Dress for training. Wear clean, closed-toe athletic shoes and appropriate workout clothing. Shirts are
required. Lift with control. Use equipment as intended. Do not drop or slam weights. Use a spotter or safety
supports when needed, and ask staff for help with unfamiliar equipment.

from bars and machines.

Share the space. Allow others to work in when practical. Do not reserve equipment with belongings or
occupy multiple stations during busy periods.

Keep walkways clear. Store bags in designated areas. No food or glass is permitted; use sealed drink
bottles. Use headphones for personal audio.

Do not make cell phone calls on the gym floor. Step away from the workout area to make or take a call
without disturbing others.

unsafe behavior to staff promptly. All check-in and after-hours access rules in Section 1 apply.

COURTS & SPORT AREAS
6. Tennis & Pickleball Courts

Reserve, check in, and play. Book in CourtReserve before entering. Every player must be listed on the
reservation or registered for the program. Guests must complete check-in, waiver, and payment
requirements before play.

Honor your court time. Use only your assigned court and reservation time. Finish play and clear the court
when your reservation ends. Follow the booking windows, duration limits, and cancellation terms shown
for your reservation. Courts are not available 24/7.

Wait for a safe break. Never cross an active court. Wait for a safe break before entering or retrieving a
ball. Stop play when a loose ball creates a hazard.

Wear court shoes. Clean, non-marking athletic court shoes are required. Keep bags off playing surfaces
and away from walkways.

Protect the courts. No food, gum, glass, or open drinks are permitted. Keep sealed bottles off playing
surfaces. Do not lean on nets or move court equipment without staff permission.

Play with respect. Use appropriate language, resolve disagreements calmly, and follow program formats
and staff instructions. Do not throw paddles or racquets.

Use approved instruction and ball machines. Only club-approved coaches may give lessons. Book ball
machines in advance for designated courts only, and follow posted availability, reservation limits, and
staff instructions.

Leave the court safe and ready. Collect balls, belongings, and trash. Do not play on wet or unsafe courts.
Follow outdoor-court weather closures and report hazards to staff.

7. Racquetball Courts
Reserve and check in. Book in CourtReserve and list every player. Guests must complete check-in,
waiver, and payment requirements before play. Racquetball courts are not available 24/7.

SEACOAST FITNESS & PICKLEBALL
Facility Policies & Rules | October 5, 2026 5
Wear protective equipment. Racquetball protective eyewear and a secured racquet wrist strap are
required during racquetball play. Wear clean, non-marking court shoes and inspect your racquet, strap,
and eyewear before use.

Keep the door closed. Check that the court is clear before entering or serving. Never open the door into
active play. Stop play whenever someone is in your swing path or a shot would be unsafe.

Protect court surfaces. Do not deliberately strike walls, doors, or glass with racquets or other equipment.
Wall kicking and equipment throwing are not permitted.

Use the correct setup. Wallyball and other activities require approved equipment. Ask staff before
moving nets or changing court setups.

Keep the court clear. No food, gum, glass, or drinks are permitted on the playing floor. Keep bags and
sealed bottles outside the court and away from walkways.

Finish on time and reset. Collect equipment and belongings at the end of your reservation. Report
damage, injuries, or hazards to staff.

PERSONAL TRAINING & SAFETY
8. Private Personal Training Studio
For active personal-training clients. This is not a general-use gym space. Active personal-training clients
may use the room between sessions when available. Other members need staff approval.

Scheduled sessions have priority. Do not interrupt a trainer or client. Vacate the studio promptly when
needed for a scheduled session.

Train with approved professionals. Only club-approved trainers may conduct sessions. Guests and
outside trainers require management approval. Guest and after-hours access restrictions still apply;
studio permission does not override them.

Use equipment safely. Follow your trainer's guidance, use equipment as intended, and ask staff before
using unfamiliar equipment. Wear clean, closed-toe athletic shoes and appropriate workout clothing
unless your trainer directs otherwise.

Clean and reset. Wipe down equipment, re-rack weights, and return accessories after use. Do not
remove equipment from the studio.

Protect privacy. Keep voices low. Do not photograph, record, or join another client's session without
permission.

Leave the space ready. Keep bags out of exercise areas. No food or glass is permitted; sealed drink
bottles only. Report equipment issues, spills, or injuries promptly.

9. Safety, Closures & Policy Compliance

Emergencies. Call 911 immediately for an emergency. Notify staff when available and follow posted
emergency instructions. Do not assume staff are present during unstaffed hours.

Report hazards promptly. Stop using equipment or an area that appears damaged or unsafe. Notify the
front desk when staffed; otherwise, contact club management through the club's published contact
information. Do not attempt repairs or tamper with safety equipment.

SEACOAST FITNESS & PICKLEBALL

Facility Policies & Rules | October 5, 2026 6
Respect closures and staff directions. Do not enter closed areas or bypass access controls. Follow all
posted safety notices and temporary restrictions, including any suspension of 24/7 access for weather,
maintenance, or an emergency.

Policy compliance. Failure to follow club rules may result in being asked to stop an activity or leave the
facility. Serious or repeated violations may result in restrictions or suspension of access, subject to
management review and applicable membership terms.

Questions about access or fees. Ask the front desk before participating when unsure about your
membership benefits, guest access, reservations, or a rule. These facility rules work alongside your
membership agreement and activity-specific terms.

Thank you for helping keep Seacoast Fitness & Pickleball a safe, welcoming place for everyone.
